How we work, how Claim ally represents you.Please find a step by step process of how we work for our clients

First meeting with our potential clients

1. Upon our first Meeting we will collect as many relevant documents from you as possible. This includes your daily diaries, all receipts, estimates for repair, clean up and rebuilding, etc. Bring all documents regarding conversations with the insurance company. If possible, try to get a complete copy of your policy – including all endorsements – from your insurance company. Even if you think you are not covered, or just have partial coverage, we may be able to help you.

2. One of our trained professionals will sit down with you and get an overall picture of your situation – how much have you lost, how you have been treated so far by your insurance company, and what you may be entitled to. Is the insurance company’s offer good enough?

3. If we think we can help you we will then propose several different plans and explain our fees. Claim Ally, like most licensed and professional Public Insurance Adjusting firms, work on a percentage fee basis of the total monies recovered. If you decide to use our services, we will then notify the insurance company and begin working for you.

Contacting the Insurance Company

1. Claim Ally will send a Designation of Representation form also known as designee letter or letter of representation citing specific state insurance codes which allows our firm to represent you.

2. We will make contact with the handling adjuster from the insurance company and get their perspective on the claim.

3. We will request any and all other documentation on the claim from the insurance company.

Review of Policy

1. We perform a comprehensive analysis of your policy

2. We will apply its’ coverages to your specific damages, so as to present your claim in a way that maximizes your recovery.

Review of Damages

1.  We will go over the damages to your property

2. We will work with professionals to see if items can be repaired or if they need to be replaced

3. We will work on an independent analysis to be presented to insurance company

Review of Claim timelines and treatment of policyholder:

1. We will review timelines to make sure the insurance company is in compliance with the fair claim settlement practices in your state.

2. We will review letters and over all  communication between the insurance company and our client

Review of Estimates and or Denials

1.  We will review the estimates provided by the insurance company for errors and omissions in the scope of repairs.

2. We review any denials and see if they are truly fact based or simply opinions and can be refuted and ultimately overturned.

Prepared Estimates

1.  We will prepare an estimate to include all items that were missed by the insurance company and should be addressed for payment

2. We will have an expert in that field along with another staff member review our estimate to find any additional items omitted

Prepared Rebuttals

1.  We will prepare a rebuttal letter to all denials that we find baseless in their assertion for non coverage

2. We will have an expert in that field along with another staff member review our rebuttal letter to find any additional items omitted

Negotiations

1.  Claim Ally will look to negotiate on behalf of their clients with the insurance company to get a fair settlement

2. Claim Ally will discuss the negotiations with their clients and explain the pros and cons of offers or lack their of from the insurance company

Quality Claims will take over the handling of your claim allowing you to get back to your normal life. We understand that handling your own claim can be time consuming and burdensome. Many insureds have taken leaves from work just to work on their claims with their carrier. We will gather and provide required documentation and will take over the primary communication with the carrier. We will strive to negotiate and settle your claim. Upon settling your claim and after the damage is repaired, we will pursue any available depreciation so that you receive the maximum amount allowed in your policy.

Settlements

1.  Once an agreement is made with the insurance company. Claim Ally will explain the settlement to their client

2. With approval from the client settlement checks will be sent by the insurance company

3. Once check are received payment to contractors and vendors for work that was performed will be paid

Loss Drafts

1. Claim Ally will assist in working with their clients mortgage company to issue payments as repairs are being made to real property

2. Claim Ally will assist in communications with the bank

3. Claim will assist in scheduling inspections for mortgage company inspectors

Conclusion

1.  Upon completion of repairs Claim Ally will assist in requesting any Recoverable Depreciation  held back until final repairs are completed

2. We will request you  grade us on our service
